29 Norfolk Street has a fascinating history. It was once a factory for the now world-famous Cottam Brushes. Number 29 was the second building we acquired, in 2019. Legend has it that the ghost of a grey lady stalks the upper floors, disappearing through walls late at night in the depths of winter - though we are yet to see her, as keen as we are to do so, as she has never paid a day's rent to us yet...
The building is now home to a diverse range of businesses, including a photographer and tattooist, as well as providing offices and two accessible commercial workshop spaces.
